Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Policies govern your purchase of and participation in programs and services offered by Healing Eyes ("we," "us," "our"), including the Healing Eyes Academy and individual readings (the Mini Iris Snapshot, Personalized Video Report, and Live 1-on-1 Session). By enrolling in or purchasing any program or reading, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The Healing Eyes Academy
The Healing Eyes Academy is an 8-week live cohort program in iridology and sclerology led by Samantha, an iridologist and sclerologist. Cohort 1 begins July 13, 2026.
What Enrollment Includes
- A weekly live Zoom call with Samantha across the 8-week cohort
- Access to a private member area, opened at enrollment
- A growing video vault of recorded sessions
- Drip-released learning materials each week
- Group chat access with Samantha and your cohort
- A physical book and welcome package mailed to you
- Direct access to Samantha throughout the cohort
Seats & Scheduling
Cohort 1 is limited to 10 seats. Session days and times are communicated through the member area. Live sessions are recorded and made available in the video vault, so missing a live call does not mean missing the material.
Pricing & Payment
The Academy is offered at $3,000 paid in full, or through a 3-month payment plan of $1,166.67 per month ($3,500 total). Your seat is secured once your first payment is processed. Payment-plan installments are billed automatically each month. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, or any time before the first cohort call on July 13, 2026 — whichever comes first.
After the cohort begins, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
If you are on the payment plan and cancel within the refund window, any payments already charged will be refunded and all future scheduled payments will be stopped. After the refund window closes, payment-plan participants remain responsible for the full balance.
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact Healing Eyes through the messaging channel Samantha used to reach you, or reply to your purchase receipt.
The Readings
Healing Eyes offers individual iridology and sclerology readings — the Mini Iris Snapshot, the Personalized Video Report, and the Live 1-on-1 Session. Each reading is performed personally by Samantha. Readings are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not medical advice (see Medical Disclaimer below).
All Sales Final
Readings are non-refundable once purchased.
Rescheduling
Each booking may be rescheduled one time, with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session. Additional changes, or missed sessions, are treated as completed.
Delivery Times
Each reading lists an estimated turnaround in its product description — please review it before you book. Healing Eyes is run personally by Samantha, who reads every set of eyes herself, so estimated times can shift. She works hard to deliver your reading on time based on the product you chose, and appreciates your patience while she does the work by hand.
Medical Disclaimer
Iridology and sclerology are not diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. All information, programs, and materials provided by Healing Eyes are for educational purposes only. Nothing offered by Healing Eyes is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concern.
Intellectual Property
All program content — including videos, recordings, written materials, the member area, and the physical book and welcome package — is the intellectual property of Healing Eyes and is provided for your personal use only. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share program materials or access with others. Sharing your member-area access or course materials is grounds for removal from the program without refund.
Participant Conduct
The Academy is a small, live cohort. We ask all participants to engage respectfully with Samantha and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the cohort, at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Academy, booking of any reading, and use of any Healing Eyes materials is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Eyes is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program, any reading, or reliance on its content. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
